BRANCH INFORMATION & STATEMENTS
- We are the Official Branch for Bury St. Edmunds, recognised by Ipswich Town F.C. Supporters Club.
- We maintain accurate financial records of all income and outgoings relating to our branch and these are viewable on demand.
- We pay annual non-profit club organisation insurance, and we have a lottery license.
- We provide very friendly and efficient travel to and from Ipswich for home matches.
- We keep in contact with the main ITFC Supporters Club and attend their meetings regularly.
- The committee of our supporters club take no monies out of funds other than VERY small reimbursements for items of small expenditure such as stationery, paper, ink-cartridges, raffle books, phone calls - and these are shown in our accounts. Fuel costs for trips to Ipswich for attending meetings are met by the attendee and are not claimed from branch funds.
- The committee meets regularly to discuss issues.
- The committee has an AGM every year.
